포스트 단색화의 대표작가 김태호는 수직 수평의 격자무늬가 특징적인 내제율Internal Rhythm 시리즈를 통해 작가만의 독창적인 조형언어를 미술계에 각인시켰다. 캔버스에 아크릴 물감을 겹겹이 쌓고 특수 제작된 조각 칼로 다시 깎아 내는 과정을 통해 평면 캔버스에 깊이감과 공간감을 선사한다. 언뜻 단색 같지만 칼로 깎여진 면에서 새어 나오는 다채로운 색들이 섬세하고 율동적 리듬감을 만들어내며 기존 단색화와 결을 달리한다. 홍익대학교 서양학 학사, 석사를 마친 김태호는 국내외 미술계에서 활발한 예술 활동을 펼쳤다. 국립현대미술관, 영국국립미술관, 부산현대미술관, 연세대학교미술관, 토탈미술관, 워커힐미술관, 홍익대학교미술관, 호암미술관, 뮤지엄산 등에 작품이 소장되어 있다.
Kim Tae-ho, who is considered a representative of post-monochrome painting, is known in the art world for his very own formal language with the series, which is characterised by vertical and horizontal grid patterns. By applying layers of acrylic paint to the canvas and then cutting them out with a specially made carving knife, he creates a sense of depth and space on the flat canvas. At first glance, it may seem like a monochrome paint, but the different colours emerging from the cutting side of the knife create a delicate and rhythmic sense of rhythm that is different from Korean monochrome painting. Kim Tae-ho, who received his bachelor's and master's degrees in painting from Hongik University, has been active in the national and international art scene. His works are collected by the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in England, the Museum of Modern Art in Busan, the Museum of Art of Yonsei University, the Total Art Museum, the Walkerhill Museum of Art, the Hoam Museum of Art, the Museum of Art of Hongik University and the Museum San.
